Description:
One consultant will come and assist the Joint Commission Prep Team with the Periodic Performance Review. The consultant will spend the first day educating each chapter leader about the process and developing a plan for completion. The remainder of the visit, the consultant will assist each leader as they start to complete the PPR.
Deliverables:
- An overall plan for completion of the PPR
- Partial completion of the PPR and a check by the consultant that each chapter leader is on track to completion
- Partial outline of the required corrective action plan and appropriate measures of success and validation that the CAP is appropriate
