Description:
A surveyor will spend two days conducting a tracer patient review and then will integrate the findings into a day long education. This allows your staff to see how what they do in departments/units impact Joint Commission Readiness.
Objectives:
- Define standards and elements of performance
- List deficiencies in your department that affected compliance
- Identify ways to correct deficiencies
- Generate a corrective action plan
Participants:
During the tracer patient survey the participants will be based on activity being conducted. For the education day; executive leaders, medical staff leaders, department leaders, and staff as desired.
