Description:
A team of consultants will come and complete the Periodic Performance Review. The chapter leaders for each Joint Commission chapter will assist the McKenna consultants by providing documents, medical record review assistance, and escorts through the facility to accomplish the review. The make up of the consulting team will be determined based on the scope of service of the facility.
Deliverables:
- A worksheet completed for each standard and element of performance that is out of compliance
- A complete corrective action plan with measures of success
- A grid of the standards scored so that you can easily enter into the electronic format when you are ready
