This service provides a comprehensive review of your organization utilizing the tracer methodology. We utilize the Joint Commission agenda to increase the awareness of the staff as to what to expect during an actual survey. We are known for our ability to educate staff as we also measure compliance.
Our report is comprehensive and allows you to know which standards are non-compliant and would result in a requirement for improvement. We don't stop there however; we also develop a detailed corrective action plan to assist in reaching compliance. Objectives:
- Identify areas of non compliance
- Provide education to the staff throughout the process
- Develop a corrective action plan with appropriate measures of success
